GREAT HOLE IN THE WALL

This is a recommended place to eat in Granville Island. It’s literally a hole in the wall. about 20 seats. But the service is fast and the food is great. Good fish and chips!

The food is good value, and it’s not just about fish and chips: the BBQ-sauced oyster burger is almost a local legend. Service is fast and friendly.

Tony's Fish & Oyster Cafe, has been serving the best fish in Vancouver for more than 10 years. We are a casual, non-prententious, dine-in cafe. We stand by our exceptional fresh fish, whether it be it pan- fried or lightly battered. We served it with fresh Kennebec fries and homemade tartar sauce.

Tony's Fish & Oyster Cafe, situated at the entrance to the historical Granville Island, was first open in 2002. Tony's Fish & Oyster Cafe quickly became a favourite for both the locals and tourist. We've built a solid reputation due to our great food & fun atmosphere. Voted Vancouver's Top 20 Seafood Restaurant in 2010. And we're proud to say that we have awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the third year running.

Our clam chowder is made in house daily and is a must try, filled with lots of fresh clams and we insist you top it off with Tony's special dessert: Banana flambe. And don't forget to try one of our micro-brewed Granville Island lagers, their pair great with any meal, especially the seafood platter!
